✨ Appointment & Cancellation Policy ✨ Thank you for choosing my services! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: Deposits • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. • Deposits will be applied toward your service total. • Deposits may be transferred one time if proper notice is given. Cancellations • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. • Clients who cancel repeatedly may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. Rescheduling • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • One complimentary reschedule is allowed per appointment. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment. • Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee. No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without communication will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a no-show fee or prepay future appointments in full. Emergency Situations • I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at my discretion. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
